Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management solution, which will grant you absolute authority over your e-mail box accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can set up a new email mailbox in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Besides, you can redirect e-mails from one mailbox to another, set up mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and defend your e-mail accounts against junk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your mail accounts against spam emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your email messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages according to specific rules set by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your mailbox accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail box accounts. Simply specify the mailbox you would like to forward emails from, then choose the destination email box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the email client of your preference to access your mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you want to set up on your PC or handheld device and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple mail accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
